Please contact our customer service, and they'll solve the issue for you.

Remember, it's better to use all the toners  together, because they might 

be a little different when you apply cartridges from different third party 

brands.

If you have printing problems, take pictures of the poor prints and the 

barcode on the toner. Then, call customer service, and they'll help you 

out.
