When the printer shows”Replace drum or Drum end soon”,please follow this video to reset your printer.

Part one：For Printer with Single line LCD

First：turn on the power and close the printer’s front cover

Second：Press OK and plus together,then the printer will display Drum

Third：Press the ok button again，then the printer will display reset or exit.

Last：Press minus sign button,and the printer will display accepted，drum reset completed

Part two：For Printer with Multi-line LCD

First：Turn on the power and close the printer’s front cover

Second：press ok and UP together,then the printer will display Reset Menu

Third：Press the ok button to select Drum， then the printer will display reset or exit.

Last：Press the up button,and the printer will display accepted，drum reset completed

Part three：For Printer with Touch Screen Display

First：Turn on the power and close the printer’s front cover

Second：press and hold capacity icon until the printer display Reset Menu

Third：Press the Drum and then press yes 

Last：drum reset completed.
